My name is Jen. This blog began at a time when I was an unemployed teacher with oodles of time on my hands. In an effort to stay sane, I started writing about what I did to pass the time. In the pages to come, you will find: book reviews, recipes, stories of adventure, lists, opinions, and rants about my day-to-day life
You may have heard my story, one like it, or you may have a similar story yourself. In a time where experience is necessary, yet no one is willing to take a chance on you, the bottom line is: looking for work stinks!
I am happy to report that I am now supply teaching and for those of you who are not teachers, this is the gateway into a full-time gig!
